4 chicken fillets
salt, pepper
fat for frying

The filling:
15-20 grams of cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

egg and bread crumbs
or 2 packs (90 g) of the finished coating mix for poultry


Chicken fillet smash gently pestle. Season with salt and pepper (you can spice to the chicken).

The filling:
Cheese grate grated with thick meshed. Mix with mayonnaise. Spread the filling on the broken filetach. Sprinkle with chopped fresh. Filet roll and tighten with a toothpick.

Breadcrumb chops in breadcrumbs and egg. You can the other way soak in egg according to the instructions on the packaging (milk, water) and coat in the breadcrumbs. Fry in fat to a nice gold color. Then fry in the oven ok. 15-20 minutes.
