1 kg wheat flour (type 650)
5 dkg yeast
2 eggs
1.5 teaspoons salt
500-700 ml lukewarm water (depending on the humidity and the absorbence flour)
10 g of yellow cheese, diced (1 X 1 cm) (optional)
1 level tablespoon dried marjoram or oregano or cumin or a mixture of these herbs


With yeast to prepare solutions by adding a year to water, a dash of flour and sugar. Leave in a warm place. 20 min. Flour sift through a sieve. Add eggs, water, yeast solutions, salt, dried herb cheese. Get a smooth dough. Leave in a warm place to ferment. When the dough twice will increase its volume, into greased mold. Bake at 200 St. c. oven ok. 45 minutes.
