Pork goulash with mushrooms

Składniki:

1 kg pork (pork shoulder),
30 grams of mushrooms,
4 medium onions,
1 tablespoon lard,
1 tablespoon flour,
1 teaspoon paprika, dawn
400 ml broth (can be from the cube),
1 tablespoon butter,
10 g of canned cucumbers (or preserved),
50 ml thick sour cream,
sugar,
salt and pepper.

Opis:

Wash the meat dry and cut into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. In a saucepan heat the lard. Fry slightly on the meat until golden brown. Add paprika and peeled, sliced in półplasterki onions.
