Pudding cake with crumble

2 cups of flour (Cup 250 ml)
3/4 margarine cubes (cube of 250 g)
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tsp baking powder
4 egg yolks

3 cream puddings with sugar (3x40g)
1 litre of milk
2 teaspoons kartoflanki (potato flour)

20 grams of margarine (I give 10 dkg butter and margarine)
10 g of sugar,
vanilla sugar, to taste
flour (add her bit by bit so to crumble, that will not be bonded to the toes)


Of the components of the knead the dough and fold the bottom tip into an oiled and sprinkled semolina or breadcrumbs.
Cook pudding according to the recipe on the package, not forgetting to add an additional 2 teaspoons kartoflanki. Fold the cake still warm (cold can no longer be spread).
Whites tamp foam, by adding at the end of the 2 tablespoons sugar. Foam on a pudding, and finally sprinkle all crumble.
Bake in a temp. about 180 C for about 45 minutes until a nice golden brown on top.
The cake is really simple and does not require a large effort, and most importantly, is delicious. Especially I recommend for birthday parties for children (and not only), because it will disappear in a jiffy with a fork.
Dice should be only after completely let it cool!
