Red spicy rice

1 cup long-grain rice
1 cup tomato juice
1.5 cups of broth (can be from the cube)
3 tablespoons butter or other fat
1 tablespoon tomato concentrate (30%)
1 medium onion
1/4 spoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon powdered acute peppers
a pinch of chili powder
salt and maggi seasoning to taste


In a skillet heat 2 tablespoons of the fat. Toss the rinsed and osączony rice. Stirring FRY until golden. Put rice into a pot with thick bottom.
