Spaghetti - The Sunny Italia

40 grams of spaghetti noodles,
10 grams of raw Bacon
10 g smoked bacon,
1 can (40 grams) peeled tomatoes in brine,
3 medium onions,
1 chili pepper,
2 cloves of garlic,
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese,
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,
salt and pepper to taste.


Peel onions and cut into small cubes. Chili chilli wash, remove nests, seeded and finely chop. Squeeze garlic by the crushed. In a saucepan melt diced smoked and raw bacon. Put the onion and garlic. Fry. Add the tomatoes with marinade and chopped chili chili. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about. 25 min. Cook the pasta "al dente" in plenty of lightly salted water. Drain. Hot pasta to the sauce. Mix. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley.
