Swedish meatballs

1 small red onion,

Form dough balls in diameter. 2 1/2 cm. Heat fat over medium-high heat and fry the balls to brown color. The fat after frying spread flour mixed with water. Bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper and minced Pimentos. The balls serve topped with sauce with potatoes and lingonberry Compote.
