Cinnamomum with apples

5 eggs
250 g sugar
300 g flour
220 ml oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 level teaspoon cinnamon
50 g walnuts
EW. 50 g raisins
3-4 sour apples (e.g. antonivka, reinettes)


Combine whole eggs with sugar until fluffy white mass, mix with oil and slowly to connect with the flour, powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
Toss the chopped walnuts, apples in small pieces, and raisins. All carefully mix and put the two small baking tins lined with baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven on average around 45 minutes, taking care not to dry.
Still warm sprinkle with powdered sugar.

The dough is plump and moist. Its additional advantage is the easy and short execution time.
