Green Salad

120 g broccoli
100 g canned cucumbers
2 hard boiled eggs
100 g sweet pea cooked al dente or canning
chives from two balloon
salt, pepper to taste

1 teaspoon of mayonnaise


I love green vegetables. Make me feel spring in the middle of winter!
In addition, broccoli have tons of antioxidants, so they are very healthy.

Wash the broccoli and divide into small florets, cucumbers and eggs cut into cubes, chives, very finely chop, drain the peas. All put into a bowl, add spices, mix. Optionally, you can add a teaspoon of mayonnaise.
The salad must bite through ok. 2 hours in the refrigerator.
