Quiche with tomatoes and basil

200 g wheat flour
3 tablespoons of oil
3 tablespoons milk
8 grams of semi cottage cheese
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt

The filling:
2 small tomatoes
150 ml milk
3 eggs
salt, pepper, fresh basil


Minced cream cheese mix with milk, oil, salt, flour and baking powder. Knead the flexible though, according to the resistance of the hands and slightly crumbly cake. Cake tin with a diameter of 21 cm put the baking sheet and carefully paste dough, form a 1.5 cm edge.
Top the dough needed to slices of tomatoes.
Stir eggs with milk, spices, and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil. Carefully pour in the tomatoes.
Bake ok. 40 minutes at 180-200 degrees with all-round top and bottom. After baking leave 5 minutes in the oven, concertation to not subsided.
