3 beets

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

200 g sour cream


Potatoes, beets, carrots and celery to peel, wash, cut into cubes. Peel the onions, chop the Fat, warm up in a large pan, toss the onions, fry. Add the sugar. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil. Move the previously finely chopped vegetables, poszatkowaną cabbage and spices. Cook 30 min. Cream spread a few tablespoons of soup, add to the total, stir, bring to a boil. Before serving, season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
